How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit and carry out the work you request. We may contact you about the status of your job.

We do not sell your information. We only share it with team members or specialist subcontractors directly involved in your job, and where we are required to do so by law.
Photos of completed work
We may photograph completed work for our gallery. Photos never include your address or personal details, and we will remove any image on request.
Data retention
Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as needed to service the work, honour any workmanship commitments and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
